PAYMENT:

For group purchases we require a minimum of 60% deposit up-front or full payment in advance, no exceptions please.
For made to order or special order items we require a minimum of 60% deposit up-front or full payment in advance, no exceptions please.
DELIVERY:
In stock Items: Orders will be sent out within 24 hours of payment, via Express Post. You will receive a tracking number and online tracking information. Please allow enough time for you to receive your order and factor this into the timeframes for delivery.
Made-to-Order Items: Orders will be sent out within 6-8 weeks from date of payment. You are welcome to leave comments on your order if you require something by a specific date & we will try our very best to have it to you in time. Feel free to send us an email on this too. Once your item has been specially made, it will be sent via Express Post. You will receive a tracking number and online tracking information. Please also be aware that made to order and special order items are non-refundable but we are happy to issue a credit note against an alternate item if there’s a problem with the manufacture of the garment; and it’s returned to us intact, unworn and in the original packaging.
RETURNS:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items.
Please send us an email regarding the exchange or refund. Then return the item to us, within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed. Please include a copy of your order form or email correspondence in the parcel.

Notes for sizing: Please measure the Vertical Trunk carefully when ordering Unitards and Leotards as this relates to the length of your body.
Garments are not custom made for you and you have to order the closest standard size for your measurements. When in doubt for example Unitards, please order up a size. Pants are available in regular, Long and X-Long length. Please add 10% extra to the cost of your pants if you are ordering any length over regular, this applies to all sizes. Children's prices apply to children's sizes, if your order an adult sized garment you will be billed accordingly. Extra large garments are 10% extra in price. Sizes indicated here are Australian standard used by Target in Australia. |
